Practical Project Management for Petroleum Industry Professionals is an advanced in-house training designed for oil and gas project experts with fair experience in project management and execution.

The energy sector in general and oil and gas industry in particular, contributes significantly to the economy of many countries. Therefore oil and gas projects are very attractive. However, the complexity of such projects, their technological needs, and their labor and finance intensiveness, make them inherently risky. As such, a specialized project management methodology is required.

The objective of Practical Project Management for Petroleum Industry Professionals course is to review best project management practices in this industry. It covers all oil and gas projects phases including feasibility studies, conceptual and basic design, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and first operation.

Duration: 10 days

Credits: All individuals attending and completing the course will receive a completion certificate, endorsing 8 Continuing Education Units (CEU) equal to 80 Professional Development Units (PDU) certificates. This certificate is presentable to PMI, AACE and any other accredited licensing/certification entities.

Mode of the workshop: This is an interactive workshop to make the learning process engaging and enjoyable. Multiple teaching modes, including lectures, discussions around real-life examples, group exercises and action planning are combined to ensure maximum understanding, comprehension and retention of the information presented.

Services: 3Targets will set and provide prerequisites and side services related to the training by itself, as per its standards and protocols, with the objective of offering high quality service. This includes:
